It’s that time again! Urban Leadership Institute (ULI) will once again be hosting the 4th annual Spring Break Higher Learning College Tour, offering two different packages, during the week of April 9, 2007 - April 14, 2007. Both tours are open to interested high school students. ULI will be awarding two prospective students with scholarships to attend the college tours.
